All our almond farmers have completed the California Almond Stewardship Platform (CASP) assessment. This let's us know that our almonds were grown in the most up-to-date, practical, efficient & sustainable ways.
High in monounsaturated fats.
Our almonds are packed with mono-unsaturated fats (the good kind found in olive oil & avocados). Swapping saturated fats for monounsaturated ones, helps keep our blood cholesterol levels normal & hearts healthier.
The Almond Project
The Almond Project has been working to identify sustainable almond farming techniques since 2021. We joined in 2025 & are funding a long-term research project to improve the carbon impact of almond farming in California.
