UK orders

We send all UK orders outside the M25 via a tracked Royal Mail 48-hour service, with orders within the M25 and Greater London area sent via Hived 48 hour, zero emmissions service. We aim to deliver all orders in 3-5 working days of purchase. Please Note: Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Orders under £10 = £4.99 Delivery

Orders Over £10 = £3.50 Delivery

Delivery is FREE for orders over £30

International delivery

Unfortunately due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again soon.


Not nuts for your nut butter? You can return any unopened product for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot receive returned of use or open product, please contact if you have a problem or wish to receive compensation on an opened/used product and we will be happy to help!

When returning an item please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you! 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
