UK orders

We send all UK orders via our Priority Squirrel Delivery (£3.50) - a tracked Royal Mail service that should be with you within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £30

Delivery Delays

During COVID-19 and high demand on the service, Royal Mail is experiencing unpredictable delays, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. We will do our best in this circumstance to track your package down. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

International delivery

Unfortunately due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again in 2021. 


Not nuts for your nut butter? You can return a product for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case please email If you and we will help you from there.
