This year at The Royal Parks Half Marathon thousands of you got to enjoy our iconic nut butter toast bar. We don't want the rest of you to be jealous so here's the full menu so you can upgrade your slices at home.
The OG: Crunchy PB, Banana & Chocolate Curls
This recipe goes way back to the early Pip & Nut days. Since 2015 it's become a staple at any event we attend. We think it's like a nutty banoffee pie... a bananutoffee pie. Toast your bread till golden, spread a generous layer of crunchy peanut butter, top with banana slices, and finish with chocolate curls.
The AB&J: Almond Butter, Blackberries & Honey
Smooth almond butter, juicy blackberries and a drizzle of honey. A grown-up twist on a
childhood classic.
The Sweet & Spicy: Dark Roast, Hot Honey, Crunchy Chilli Oil & Spring Onions
Feeling fiery? It's time to come to the Dark Roast side. Spread our extra crunchy Dark Roast Peanut butter on toast, drizzle it with hot honey & a spoon of crunchy chilli oil. Finish with a scatter of spring onion slices for that perfect savoury, sweet & spicy blend.
