Ultimate Peanut Butter with Yoghurt and Dark Chocolate Toast
Watch out for the cheeky holes in the sourdough which have a pesky way of allowing some of the topping to drip and inevitably land on you when eating. We've made that mistake one too many times.

Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Pip & Nut Ultimate Peanut Butter

50g hazelnuts

2 slices sourdough bread

3 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Dark chocolate for grating
Method

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Toast the sourdough and spread generously with peanut butter while still warm.

Dollop Greek yoghurt on top and swirl through the peanut butter.

Grate dark chocolate over both slices.

Roughly chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle over before eating.
