Treat yourself to some extra snoozing time before breakfast with this handy overnight oats recipe. Pip-tip: this is one of my favourite ways to 'reinjarnate', aka reuse am empty jar.
Pop the following ingredients in an empty Pip & Nut jar, making sure to mix together well:
- 50g oats
- 160ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 grated apple
- 1 tbsp Pip & Nut of choice (we think Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter is particularly scrummy here)
Put the lid on the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy for breakfast the next morning topped with extra berries and nut butter.
