Fig, Goat's Cheese and Almond Butter with Honey Toast
Think of this as a deconstructed version of the classic fig and goat's cheese salad, but served on top of a really crusty piece of toast. You can get all cheffy with this recipe by drizzling the honey from a great height.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Pip & Nut Almond Butter

2 slices bread of choice

2 figs - quartered
-
100g goat's cheese

2 tbsp honey
Method

Toast the bread then immediately spread with the almond butter.

Top with the fig quarters and crumble over the goat's cheese.

Drizzle honey on top.
Tip: if figs are not in season, replace with slices of pear.
