Almond Butter Breakfast Smoothie

A great way to start your day! Blitz together the ingredients below in a blender until smooth and enjoy:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 apple, cored
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100ml water 
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
