175g of self-raising flour
180ml of milk
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pack of Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
Handful of fresh raspberries Toppings:
Smooth Peanut Butter
1. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add egg and milk and whisk until well combined.
2. Chop your two almond butter chocolate cups into pieces then add these into the mixture along with the raspberries. Mix.
3. Cook your pancakes in a pan until golden on both sides.
4. Drizzle peanut butter on top and finish with fresh raspberries.
