- 1 pack Pip & Nut Chocolate Nut Butter Cups

175g self-raising flour

180ml milk

1 egg

2 tbsp sugar

Handful of fresh raspberries

Method

Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl.

Whisk in the beaten egg and milk.

Chop the chocolate nut butter cups into pieces and add to the mixture along with the raspberries. Mix.

Fry pancakes on a medium-high heat until golden on both sides.

Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and fresh fruit.
