Ingredients

  • Pip & Nut Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter
  • 175g self-raising flour - sifted

  • 180ml milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp golden caster sugar

  • Fresh strawberries

  • Handful of chocolate chips (optional)

  • Coconut oil

Method

Whisk together the milk and egg then fold in the flour and sugar.

Heat coconut oil over a medium-high heat.

Add a tablespoon scoop of mixture at a time and cook until the shine disappears (around 3-5 minutes).

Flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden.

Top with lashings of peanut butter and your choice of toppings.
