Ingredients

1 tbsp Pip & Nut Coconut Almond Butter (bottom layer)
- Bircher Muesli

2 cups rolled oats (jumbo are best)

1 cup natural yoghurt or vegan coconut or almond yoghurt

1 cup grated apple and apple juice

1 tsp red quinoa

Squirt or two of honey
-
Handful of cranberries

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds
- Topping

1 tbsp fresh berry compote
Method

Layer the Coconut Almond Butter in the bottom of your pot.

Mix together all the bircher muesli ingredients and spoon over the almond butter.

Top with fresh berry compote.

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
