Ingredients

Pip & Nut Crunchy Peanut Butter for dipping

2 apples - unpeeled

4 tbsp runny honey

Vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 120C.
Thinly slice the apples into rounds about 2-3mm thick. Remove the pips and arrange on a wire rack over a baking tray.
Mix the honey, vanilla and cinnamon and microwave for 20 seconds until runny.
Brush one side of the apple slices with half the honey mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over and brush the other side with the remaining honey.
Bake for a further 15 minutes until they start to curl at the edges.
Peel away from the tray, leave to cool and dip in your favourite Pip & Nut Peanut Butter.
