20g coconut flakes

1/2 tbsp maca powder

1/2 tbsp lucuma powder

20g chopped nuts (pecans, macadamia, pistachio)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cacao

20g chopped dried apple

Method
Blitz all the base ingredients in a food processor for 3-5 minutes until it forms a sticky dough.
Add your chosen nut butter and up to 2 fillers and blitz until combined - keep some texture, don't fully puree.
Take a small amount of dough and roll between your hands to make a golf ball-sized bite.
Spread your chosen topping on a large plate and roll each ball until nicely coated.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
