Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
Peanut butter stuffed dates are a simple, indulgent and nutritious treat, best enjoyed in those moments when all you can think about is a sweet snack.
We think they're the perfect simple yet showstopping addition to a special occasion like Eid or Easter. For such important dinner table settings we find a chocolate dip is the perfect finish touch to these gems. You can also make these ahead of time and keep them in the freezer until you're ready!

Ingredients
- Pip & Nut Peanut Butter of choice

Medjool dates
-
Milk or dark chocolate for melting

Chopped peanuts or pistachios (optional)
Method
Slice each date lengthways to create a pocket.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
Fill each date with peanut butter then dip into the melted chocolate.
Optionally roll in chopped nuts.
Leave to cool in the fridge until set.
Serve with a ramekin of extra peanut butter for dipping. Can be made ahead and frozen.
