Peanut Butter

300g jar | £3.49

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Pip & Nut Peanut Butter
  • 2 slices brown seeded or multigrain bread

  • 1/2 red chilli - deseeded and finely chopped

  • Handful of coriander leaves

  • 1/2 lime

Method

Toast the bread then immediately spread with the peanut butter.

Sprinkle with the chopped chilli and coriander leaves.

Squeeze a quarter of lime over each slice.
