When you eat chilli, your body defends itself against the heat by secreting endorphins - natural painkillers that cause a physical rush. Depending on how much of a chilli junkie you are, keep the seeds in for more heat.

Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Pip & Nut Peanut Butter

2 slices brown seeded or multigrain bread

1/2 red chilli - deseeded and finely chopped

Handful of coriander leaves

1/2 lime
Method
1
Toast the bread then immediately spread with the peanut butter.

Sprinkle with the chopped chilli and coriander leaves.

Squeeze a quarter of lime over each slice.
