Ingredients

4 tbsp Pip & Nut Gingerbread Almond Butter

175ml water

3 tbsp cocoa powder

600ml milk of choice

100g dark chocolate

2 tbsp demerara sugar

Double cream - whipped

Dark chocolate shavings
Method

Bring water to a simmer and whisk in the cocoa powder. Add the milk and bring back to a simmer.

Whisk in the chocolate and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the Gingerbread Almond Butter and stir to combine.

Pour into your favourite mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
