Dina's Chocolate, Coconut and Peanut Bars

This simple, no-bake treat is a nutty twist on a millionaire shortbread, created by our friend dinewithdina using our Sweet & Salty Smooth Peanut Butter.

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 250g desiccated coconut
  • 5tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 200ml coconut milk or cream
  • 200g @pipandnut sweet & salty
  • Sea salt flakes


1. Line a baking tin with parchment

2. Mix together the desiccated coconut, honey or maple syrup and coconut milk/cream until sticking together. 

3. Push into your tin with the back of a spoon to create an even bottom layer, see Dina's video for reference, refrigerate until set.

4. Spread an even layer of peanut butter on top of the coconut layer, and pop in the freezer to set for around half an hour.

5. Remove from freezer and chop into bar sized slices.

6. Melt your chocolate, remove from heat and dip each individual bar in the chocolate until covered. 

7. Put the chocolate covered bars into the fridge to set, or the freezer if you're in a hurry!
