Dina's Chocolate, Coconut and Peanut Bars
This simple, no-bake treat is a nutty twist on a millionaire shortbread, created by our friend dinewithdina using our Sweet & Salty Smooth Peanut Butter.

Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 200g Pip & Nut Sweet & Salty Smooth Peanut Butter

300g dark chocolate

250g desiccated coconut

5 tbsp honey or maple syrup

200ml coconut milk or cream

Sea salt flakes
Method
Line a baking tin with parchment.
Mix together the desiccated coconut, honey or maple syrup and coconut milk/cream until sticking together.
Push into the tin with the back of a spoon to create an even bottom layer. Refrigerate until set.
Spread an even layer of peanut butter on top of the coconut layer and pop in the freezer to set for around half an hour.
Remove from freezer and chop into bar-sized slices.
Melt the chocolate, remove from heat and dip each bar until covered.
Put the chocolate-covered bars in the fridge to set (or freezer if in a hurry).
