Pip & Nut Covid-19 Update

We know that things are a little turbulent right now, so here is an update about how we are managing the Covid-19 situation here at Pip & Nut. Our number one priority is keeping our team and community safe, while ensuring we can maintain a reliable supply of products for you all.

Operations:
All our office squirrels are working from home.
All our packing squirrels have sanitising stations throughout the warehouse with regular hand cleaning breaks and have the option of wearing face masks.
Deliveries no longer need to be signed for to avoid additional contact.

Shipping:
We send all UK orders on a tracked Royal Mail service and most orders are arriving between 1 and 3 days. However, we have been notified that there are a few delays in the postal system due to high demand. For this reason there is a small chance your parcel may arrive slightly later than expected. While we're try our hardest to track your parcel down for you right away, we will have to wait 10 days until your parcel is deemed lost (and of course we'll send you a new one).

Please also allow extra time for international orders (at least 10 days). 

 

 

Delivery Addresses

Please make sure you enter the correct address for shipping when you check out. If you have entered the wrong address pop as an email as quickly as possible to thekernel@pipandnut.com and we will try and fix this for you. Unfortunately once an order is generated it is very hard to change the address, so please do try to double check before checking out.
