Warm yourself up with this delicious hot chocolate recipe. The addition of Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter gives it a wonderful festive twist.
Cooking and prep – 5 minutes
800ml milk of choice
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter
½ tsp ground cinnamon
100ml fresh cream, whipped (optional)
20g chocolate, shaved
Put the milk, cocoa, sugar, nut butter and cinnamon in a blender and blitz until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a saucepan and heat until warm. Pour into mug, top with cream and chocolate shavings, and enjoy!
