Sometimes it’s tricky to know what to eat after exercise and how to balance out your fats, protein and carbohydrates, otherwise know as your macros. But, fundamentally, if you’ve managed to get yourself out of bed 30 minutes earlier for that jog round the park or opted for the gym session instead of a glass of wine post work, you absolutely deserve something that tastes great
and that doesn’t feel like anther sacrifice.

Where is your favourite place in London for an outdoor work-out?
Victoria Park – its just on my doorstep and it’s big enough that you feel like you’re not in London. The far end by Hackney Wick is my favourite as it’s always pretty empty and the light through the trees at dawn or dusk is completely surreal.
